About Us: On August 6, 2009, Strategic Alliance Enterprises (SAE), a joint venture of American Defense Services, Inc. (ADS, of Metairie, LA, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business [SDVOSB]) and Strategic Management Solutions, LLC (SMSI, headquartered in Los Alamos, NM) was awarded two contracts by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under the Program Management, Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) program. The SAE team includes CDM Federal Programs Corporation (CDM) (based in Cambridge, MA) and JUPITER Corporation (based in Wheaton, MD). SAE was awarded contracts under two of four PACTS Functional Categories: FC-2 (providing administrative services) and FC-4 (providing technical services). We are proud to have been selected by DHS and look forward to working to protect our country.

The SAE team offers a pool of over 4,800 highly qualified personnel located throughout the US and many overseas locations, who will help solve a full range of technical and administrative challenges facing DHS. SAE has extensive experience working with local, state, and federal entities (DOE, DoD, and DHS components such as TSA, the US Coast Guard, and FEMA), and has a record of delivering innovative solutions on time and under budget. SAE is headquartered in Metairie, LA, and our team members have offices in the Washington, DC area, Albuquerque, NM, and numerous other locations throughout the US and overseas.

Job Opportunities: We are currently seeking to expand our pool of qualified candidates for future task orders that might be awarded throughout the US. All applicants should be US Citizens. Periodic screening for substance abuse may be required. Both joint venture partner companies and our two subcontractor companies use E-Verify to confirm US citizenship. Possession of a current DOE, DOD, or other US government security clearance, or if have had a security clearance in recent years, is a plus.
